John Siebert
President / CEO

A New York Native, John attended New York University; however he decided to immediately pursue his growing career in advertising. His background as a multimedia graphic designer as well as an interactive programmer was blossoming. Chances are you’ve already seen some of his work. Before starting TranquilBLUE he had performed work for some of the largest companies in the world, AOL / Time Warner, Disney, ESPN, Minolta, and Nikon just to name a few. In 1998 his first advertising agency was formed and has grown in leaps and bounds ever since. In 2001 his online retail web sites were born which still take in and process orders daily. The same year he was featured in a cover story of Long Island Business news. In 2005 his ad agency was reborn as TranquilBLUE Studios to help businesses on the Web realize their potential with responsive search engine optimization and internet marketing.

Kevin Hess
SEO / Sr. Search Marketing Analyst

A Tampa native, Kevin graduated from the University of South Florida with a BA in Advertising. With work experience in wireless communications, banking, copy-writing, commercial art and graphic design, he brings a wide range of skills to the table. He broke into the SEO industry two years ago with S&S and quickly became the senior link development strategist. During his tenure there he oversaw link development for numerous enterprise level companies and was a contributing writer for Search Engine Journal. A true guru in the SEO industry, Kevin is a valuable addition the TranquilBLUE team.

Taylor Hall
Junior Creative Director

For the last 2 years, Taylor Hall has been the Junior Creative Director at TranquilBLUE Inc. Apart from her graphic design contributions, her creative writing skills and have brought about a whole new angle to the company.

Ms. Hall earned her bachelor's degree in Mass Communications at the University of South Florida. While at USF, she took part in the Zimmerman Advertising Program. She has also studied Public Relations at the American College of Thessaloniki, Greece. After interning at Legends Management Group, an MLB and MiLB marketing and public relations company, she started working for Tranquil Blue Inc. She currently resides in Tampa, FL.

Scott Silverman
Director of Interactive Media

Scott has worked in New York City's competitive internet advertising field for over 10 years. His Flash developer background and firm understanding of internet technologies makes him a great addition to the TranquilBLUE staff and an excellent sales representative. His technical expertise will get your project moving along on-time and on-budget.

Frank Fishburn
Programming

A programming guru. Frank possess a wealth of programming knowledge in a number of different languages and server platforms. He began his career as an ASP developer and quickly learned ASP.net, PHP, SQL, MySQL, Android OS, among other highly sought after technologies.

Tony Caporusso
Design & Illustration

An Illustrator, animator, graphic design expert. If you can think it, Tony can make your dream a reality. He breathes life into boring ad campaigns and can bring a new energy to any tired old company branding image. In his spare time he does cartooning, creates illustrations, & plays the guitar. "California Cap", as we call him, eats, sleeps & dreams in graphic design.

Constantine Mouzakitis
Marketing / SEO

Constantine has been selling products online nearly as long as he’s been connected to the internet. Constantine has had several successful eBay stores which were quickly followed by a gaming computer sales web site which was featured in Computer Gaming World Magazine, PC World Magazine, GamePro Magazine, and many more. He has also had his hands in online vitamin supplement sales, camera system sales, and camera installations for large companies.
