Get Optimized SEO
We are launching a new web site just for educating our clientele about search engine optimization tips and tricks. We intend this site to be useful and easy to follow. It will contain RSS feeds, e-mail lists, and an easy to navigate site to get all the information you could want about search engine rankings & search engine optimization. On Thursday, April 16th, we briefly discussed how we would maintain and extend the reach of client.com.With a specific plan catered for your website, we set out to not only meet your expectations but exceed them. This document will provide more detailed information towards our initiatives as well as assist you in understanding some common terms used in the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) field. Optimization consists of two main aspects; on-page and off-page optimization. Both aspects will be discussed in this document. SEO is a continuous
and ongoing process. We join your team and educate you along the way as well as build your web presence. See the bottom of this document for pricing information.
Optimizing your site for organic listings delivers traffic to your site, at no additional cost to you. Being that it is natural and more for the long term, it generally takes longer to see results. Being that you already have had some optimization done to your site, our goals will be structured to maintain and improve your relevance on the web. In most instances during a site re-design, traffic and search engine penetration will decrease. We take as many preventative measures as possible to minimize the transition, but at the end of the day, your site will have a fresh
feel and cutting edge look.
On-page Optimization
Defined as any efforts or work done to the physical website. This can include keyword research, content creation, navigation, internal linking and adjusting the internal programming of the website. Starting with the re-design, optimization will begin. Your site will be created with a search engine friendly design and simple navigation for your visitors. The site will allow both users and search engines to easily navigate around the site with quick access to internal pages. This is especially important for visitor conversions. (inquiry, completed contact us form, etc.)

- Keyword Research and Discovery- research competitor’s key words and discover new words to target
- Use of keywords and content to create a theme for all pages of the website
- Use of long tail keyterms- using 3 or more niche keywords to form 1 group of terms
- Geo-targeting
- Develop new code on the site for more improved exposure to search engines (title tags, H tags, access to pages

Defined as any optimization efforts or work not done to the physical website. This includes PPC campaigns, linkbuilding and off site advertising.

Our objective is to build inbound (often called external) links which will expand your exposure and increase your site in the search engine results. We will use our established relationships with other webmasters to help accomplish a successful link building campaign.

We will also include a quote for our complete SEO package which requires little to no involvement by your associate(s). We can also provide the content for your site and blog should you decide to do so in the future.
Monthly Rate Option: $625/mo
- 6 month agreement
- Includes detailed oversight & direction of work to be completed by client associate

Seo Tip
Today's SEO tip is a well known one to SEO experts and regular webmasters alike. Content is king today in search engine marketing. You probably already have a blog, news section, or information resource on your web site. Utilize these capabilities! Set yourself a weekly or monthly reminder to add a new article to your web site. It doesn't have to be long or drawn out, but your web site should be continually updated. Companies which are serious about their web site and serious about SEO are now hiring writers who's job is only to update their blog and web site. Don't forget! Update your web site! Make search engines happy and they will return the favor.
